  • Each program is a cohort with a maximum of 15 participants. It included four live two-hour virtual group sessions, a full electronic workbook with templates and best practices, and a 60-minute 1-on-1 coaching session.

  • The program cost is $1,000. If you are limited in budget due to L&D constraints, please contact us for scholarship opportunities.

  • The cohort experience lasts for eight weeks. Sessions run every other week during that time. The experience include a pre- and post-survey, a full workbook with templates and best practices, four virtual sessions, and a 1-on-1 coaching call.

  • You plan to build a leadership development program in 2024.
