Meet Megan Galloway, Founder of Everleader.

Megan is an experienced speaker, facilitator, and executive. Megan is on a mission to make our workplace a more authentic and human place for current and future generations to thrive. She founded Everleader with the vision to change the future of work. She wants to make work better by helping organizations to connect their teams, empower their leaders, and create intentional cultures.

During the first decade of her career, Megan specialized in building award-winning learning and development programs for fast-growing companies. She has facilitated hundreds of sessions for leadership development training and executive off-sites. She also spent two years on the executive team at a technology start-up.

Her work has impacted companies in many industries: construction, manufacturing, banking, technology, non-profit, healthcare, and education. Her thought leadership has been featured in podcasts, articles, and conferences around the world.

Megan has her undergraduate degree in Spanish from the University of Kansas and her MBA from the University of Colorado. She lives in Kansas City with her husband and two kids. She loves making a life that includes watching Ted Lasso, baking Paul Hollywood recipes, and finding new workouts.
